GSM Is Important, but More Is Not Always Better

Time
The material must remain under the correct conditions long enough for the adhesive to melt and flow.
Temperature, pressure, and time should therefore be tested together.
Changing one setting may require adjustment of the others.

The Two Layers Peel Apart Easily
Possible causes include:
- wrong adhesive material;

- insufficient pressure;
- short bonding time;
- too little adhesive;
- difficult fabric surface.
Instead of immediately increasing temperature, the full bonding combination should be checked.
Adhesive Comes Through the Fabric
The adhesive web may be too heavy for the fabric, or the temperature and pressure may be too high.

The Finished Material Becomes Too Hard
